Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in the MERN stack to design, develop, and scale high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of frontend and backend development, distributed systems, and modern cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using MERN stack
• Build robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven services
• Implement microservices architecture with high availability and scalability
• Work on distributed systems using Apache Kafka
• Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)
• Enhance backend performance and scalability under high load
• Implement caching strategies using Redis
• Develop real-time and batch data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design and delivery
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Manage deployments using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills

• Strong experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of React (components, state management, architecture)
• Experience with Node.js event loop and asynchronous programming
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Apache Kafka and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Redis for caching
• Experience with MongoDB (querying, indexing, sharding)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Apple experience preferred
• Experience with high-tech companies (Cisco, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn)
• Retail domain experience
