Software Engineer Lead

Technical Skills: Focus:
• Java +11
• Spring /SpringBoot
• MongoDB or familiar with No-SQL database
• OpenShift or another cloud platform experience

Skills: Java / J2EE (advanced, hands-on) with enterprise-scale applications Microservices architecture and distributed systems design Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Hibernate for service development RESTful API design (Swagger/OpenAPI exposure commonly preferred).
Relational databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL Event-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) in some domains.
Docker & Kubernetes/OpenShift (OCP) for containerized deployments
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, automated testing)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Linux environments (commonly RHEL)
