🔎 We are looking for strong Full Stack Software Developers to join a fast-paced POC/discovery team building AI/GenAI-driven solutions in the Animal Nutrition & Health domain.
This is a high-visibility role working on rapid innovation cycles, where ideas can quickly evolve into enterprise products.
💼 What You’ll Be Working On
Build front-end applications using React (React 18, modern patterns)
Develop back-end services using C#
Prototype AI/GenAI features for real-world use cases
Work in dual-track Agile with rapid 1-month POC cycles
Collaborate with a lean, high-impact team (3–5 core engineers)
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong experience in React (modern hooks, async patterns, API integration using Axios)
Solid experience in C# backend development
Experience with cloud/web architecture (12-factor principles, modular design)
Ability to work in fast-paced POC environments
Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot or similar AI dev tools
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with Next.js-style architectures
Exposure to AI/GenAI-based applications
Domain knowledge in nutrition / formulation / healthcare (plus, not mandatory)
