💼 Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Architect – React Native & Mobile Apps with deep expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance mobile applications.
This role will play a key part in shaping the technical direction of our mobile platform, driving architecture decisions, optimizing performance, and delivering enterprise-grade mobile experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to build secure, responsive, and maintainable applications across iOS and Android platforms.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and oversee mobile engineering operations
Define and drive mobile architecture strategy aligned with business goals
Design and develop scalable applications using React Native & TypeScript
Architect modular, reusable components and scalable state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
Design navigation, deep linking, and routing strategies (React Navigation, Expo Router)
Implement secure authentication flows (OAuth, OIDC, biometrics, secure storage)
Lead native integrations using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
Optimize performance (startup time, memory usage, rendering, offline caching)
Establish CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, EAS Build, App Store, Google Play)
Manage app releases, versioning strategy, and store compliance
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and accessibility standards
Collaborate with backend teams for API design (REST, GraphQL)
Drive automated testing (Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library)
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence
Participate in architecture reviews and long-term platform planning
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript
Deep understanding of Expo ecosystem (EAS, OTA updates, build pipelines)
Expertise in mobile architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM, modular design)
Experience integrating native modules (Swift, Kotlin)
Strong understanding of app lifecycle, threading, and performance tuning
Experience with push notifications, deep linking, analytics, and mobile security
Knowledge of authentication protocols (OIDC, PKCE, secure token handling)
Experience with API integrations (REST / GraphQL) and offline-first design
Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management
Ability to work in Agile environments and influence stakeholders
Strong leadership and architectural decision-making skills
