Snowflake QA Tester

3–6+ years of manual and/or automated data‐quality / ETL testing experience (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar cloud data warehouses).
Hands‐on SQL expertise to write complex queries, joins, aggregations, and window functions in Snowflake.
Experience testing state Medicaid / eligibility systems, Integrated Eligibility (IE) platforms, MMIS, MAGI, or similar government‐health eligibility workloads.
Familiarity with ETL / ELT pipelines (batch, real‐time) and Kafka‐/Databricks‐style data flows (even if not hands‐on development).
Knowledge of HIPAA‐adjacent data standards, PII protection, audit requirements, and regulatory reporting in a government or Medicaid environment.
Strong understanding of test design, regression testing, boundary cases, and edge‐case eligibility scenarios (e.g., income thresholds, household sizes, program transitions).
Experience with Jira, Rally, Confluence, or similar tools, and test‐management / defect‐tracking workflows.
