Job Summary (List Format): SNOW Developer

 

• Develop, implement, customize, and configure complex ServiceNow (SNOW) solutions, with focus on Event Management and Operator Workspace.
• Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver hands-on design and modifications to extend ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Build customized ServiceNow applications and reports, applying technical expertise and various software engineering techniques.
• Enhance team capabilities and maximize ServiceNow ROI by building and refining business logic.
• Serve as a member of a diverse, expert team providing world-class ServiceNow deployment and engineering.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by introducing new technical capabilities and approaches.
• Utilize Agile Scrum development methods, including scrum management and Story Point development.
• Handle application release management in ServiceNow, with optional CICD Release experience.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with team and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with federal client requirements, including ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Work remotely, supporting a federal client (Veteran Affairs), preferably with prior federal or VA experience.
• Maintain required certifications (ServiceNow CAD or CTA).
• Optionally leverage additional ServiceNow certifications and Public Trust clearance.
