Role Summary 

Leads the Smart-Hands team providing onsite technical support, equipment handling, cabling, installation, troubleshooting, and physical interventions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise smart-hands technicians across shifts.
• Provide L1 support for hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Perform cable patching, racking/stacking, labeling, power connections.
• Ensure all work follows MOP/SOP requirements.
• Maintain inventory and update asset management tools. 

Required Skills 

• Strong hands-on DC technical skills
• Cabling, racking, hardware familiarity
• Shift/team coordination 

Experience 

• 5–8 years DC hands-on experience. 

Education 

• Technical diploma/certification.
