Role Overview
We are seeking a Slack IT Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise Slack administration, automation, and API integrations. The candidate will manage Slack at scale, implement governance and security policies, and build automation using APIs, bots, and AI-driven solutions to improve enterprise collaboration.
Required Skills
5+ years of enterprise Slack administration
Experience with Slack security, compliance, and governance
Strong experience with Slack APIs, bots, and automation
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
Experience integrating Slack with enterprise systems and applications
Strong knowledge of API design and integrations
Experience working in enterprise IT environments
Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Slack workspaces for enterprise organizations
Implement security, governance, and compliance frameworks
Develop Slack automation using APIs, bots, and AI-driven workflows
Integrate Slack with enterprise tools and third-party systems
Work with IT, security, and engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions
