Site Reliability Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Incident management and priority management
• Managing and reviewing the changes which are going in for the application.
• Working closely with the Change the Bank team
• There will be both planned and unplanned work for this role. This person should be familiar with basic Agile methodologies as we do sprint planning every month.
• Should have familiarity with ServiceNow with incident management and general site reliability engineering work streams
