Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud platforms, automation, monitoring, and incident management, with a focus on maintaining high availability and system resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable systems
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools
- Develop and maintain automation for deployment, scaling, and operations
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve system reliability
- Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs
- Improve incident response processes and reduce MTTR
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in infrastructure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
