Sharepoint Intranet Designer

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve user experience
• Manage site structure, navigation, permissions, and content organization
• Develop templates, web parts, and reusable components
• Ensure responsive design and cross-device compatibility
• Maintain and update intranet content and features
• Provide user training and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with SharePoint (SharePoint Online preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint frameworks (SPFx) and customization
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Familiarity with branding and theming in SharePoint
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with intranet content strategy and governance
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
