Servicenow Tester

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regression and functional UAT for WFT applications.
Document test scenarios, cases, and scripts; prepare test data.
Identify and analyze defects, collaborating with operations for resolution.
Automate regression and functional test cases to improve efficiency.
Partner with technology teams on BDD implementation.
Conduct automation feasibility studies and ROI analysis.

Qualifications:
2+ years of applied experience with formal training/certification in Software Engineering.
Overall 10+ years of experience with SDET 
Strong expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
Hands‑on experience with BDD/TDD frameworks.
Proficiency with Bitbucket/Git version control.
Experience developing automation frameworks in Core Java (Keyword, Data‑driven, Hybrid).
SQL knowledge for managing test data.
