Servicenow Technical Lead
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead (ITOM) to design, develop, and implement enterprise IT Operations Management solutions. This is a senior-level role requiring deep hands-on expertise across ITOM modules and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design & implementation of ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)
• Implement Certificate Inventory Management
• Provide technical guidance & best practices to development teams
• Conduct workshops, design reviews, and testing sessions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance standards
• Support deployments, migrations, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot complex issues and mentor junior developers
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
5+ years hands-on ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt, CMDB)
Strong integrations experience (MID Server, APIs, Web Services)
ServiceNow CSA + CIS (Discovery & Service Mapping) certifications
Strong ITIL / ITOM knowledge
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Agile/DevOps
