Location : Dallas, TX/On-Site.
Job Type : Full-Time/Contract (Long-Term)

 

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ACLs & governance.
  • Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow mapping.
  • Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs.
  • Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions.
  • Flow Designer & Workflow Design.
  • Service Catalog & Integrations.
  • Experience with ITOM / HRSD/FSM/ CSM (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Update Sets & Application Lifecycle Management.
