Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ACLs & governance.
- Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow mapping.
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs.
- Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions.
- Flow Designer & Workflow Design.
- Service Catalog & Integrations.
- Experience with ITOM / HRSD/FSM/ CSM (preferred).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Update Sets & Application Lifecycle Management.
