š¹ Key Requirements
āļø 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, GRC, CSM, HRSD, Service Portal, and AI
āļø Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
āļø Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
āļø At least one active CIS certification (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Health Log Analytics, or Cloud Observability)
ā Nice to Have CIS Certifications:
