🔹 Key Requirements
✔️ 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, GRC, CSM, HRSD, Service Portal, and AI
✔️ Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
✔️ Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
✔️ At least one active CIS certification (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Health Log Analytics, or Cloud Observability)
