• 7 to 8 years of experience in Developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform
• Experience in configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and Application UI
• Development experience with the ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades.
• Demonstrated experience and familiarity with maintaining required information security controls for the platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with ServiceNow implementations across domains (e.g., ITOM, ITBM)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
