Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Development and configuration of ServiceNow modules including Case Management, Incident and Change Management, Catalog Management, and Platform Development.
• Develop and optimize workflows using Flow Designer to automate key processes effectively.
• Design and implement integration strategies for seamless data migration and system interoperability across multiple platforms.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal for improved user experience and self-service capabilities.
• Implement and customize Engagement Messenger to facilitate proactive communication and engagement across the platform.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices around Cyber Operations (Cyber OPS) within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and documentation throughout development phases.
• Mentor developers and guide technical teams in extending the ServiceNow platform functionality.

Experience in Service Portal development and customization. Skilled in designing and implementing platform integrations and data migration strategies. Familiarity with Engagement Messenger and engagement automation techniques. Understanding of Cyber OPS best practices within ServiceNow. Excellent analytical| problem-solving| and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels and across different teams..
