Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Required Skills:
• Design and architect enterprise ServiceNow solutions
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership teams
• Define scalable architecture, governance, and best practices
• Drive ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance standards

🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience
✔ Expertise in ITSM and ServiceNow platform modules
✔ Experience with integrations, workflows, and automation
✔ Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
✔ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
✔ ServiceNow Certifications preferred
