We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SME/Architect with strong expertise in implementing ServiceNow AI Control Tower. The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and governance of AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring compliance with global regulations and enabling responsible AI adoption across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ServiceNow AI Control Tower for centralized AI governance and lifecycle management.
Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions, including workflow and automation frameworks.
Develop and implement Copilot-integrated agentic AI patterns within ServiceNow.
Define and manage ServiceNow data models and platform extensibility.
Design and oversee integration architecture with external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.).
Establish and manage AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations such as EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.
Implement processes for managing AI systems, models, datasets, and prompts.
Enable centralized tracking of AI assets, governance workflows, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive performance monitoring and value tracking for AI initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders including AI Stewards, Product Owners, Risk & Compliance Managers, and AI CoE teams.
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Support role-based workspaces, asset intake (manual & automated), and centralized case management.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in ServiceNow core architecture.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data model and extensibility.
Hands-on experience with workflow/automation architecture.
Proven experience implementing ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
Experience designing Copilot-integrated agentic AI solutions.
Strong enterprise data modeling skills.
Expertise in integration architecture (REST APIs, middleware, etc.).
Solid understanding of AI governance, lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and client-facing experience.
