Role Overview
APPS IT is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Platform Architect to manage the day-to-day architecture and health of two ServiceNow instances. This role will focus on maintaining platform performance, scalability, and best practices, allowing the Sr. Director to focus on broader IT transformation initiatives.

This is a working architect role, requiring hands-on involvement rather than advisory support.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day architect for two ServiceNow platforms (internal and client-facing).
Own platform architecture decisions, standards, and design patterns.
Ensure platform health, performance, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
Review configurations, customizations, integrations, and scripts.
Reduce technical debt and enforce configuration-over-customization best practices.
Serve as the escalation point for complex architectural issues.
Maintain platform documentation and architectural standards.
Collaborate with the Sr. Director while operating independently on day-to-day platform management.
