Job Description
š¹ Key Responsibilities
⢠Lead ServiceNow platform governance, architecture, and best practices
⢠Manage core modules: ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), and CMDB
⢠Ensure CMDB accuracy aligned with CSDM standards
⢠Lead enterprise rollout of AI governance using AI Control Tower (AICT)
⢠Implement and optimize Now Assist / GenAI use cases
⢠Design integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs
⢠Automate workflows using Flow Designer
⢠Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship
š¹ Required Skills
⢠8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
⢠Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM
⢠JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
⢠IntegrationHub and external system integrations
⢠Experience with Predictive Intelligence or Virtual Agent
⢠Understanding of AI governance, risk, and compliance
ā Nice to Have
⢠Experience with AI Control Tower (AICT)
⢠Experience implementing Now Assist / GenAI
⢠Exposure to AI compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
⢠ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB)
