Servicenow Lead

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and implementation on the ServiceNow platform
• Work extensively with Security Operations modules including Incident Response and Vulnerability Response
• Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Design and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
• Ensure effective implementation of ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
🔹 Required Skills:
• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• 3+ years hands-on with ServiceNow Security Operations
• Strong knowledge of Security Incident Response and vulnerability lifecycle
• Experience with Threat Intelligence frameworks
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript)
