
Servicenow Itsm Testing Specialist

Job Description
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate system functionality
- Ensure ITSM solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and configuration changes through testing
- Provide testing reports and status updates to management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM testing or QA
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB)
- Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and modules
- Proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, and defect management
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, TestRail)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with automation testing tools
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with integration testing (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Exposure to ITIL frameworks and practices
