Job Description

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate system functionality
  • Ensure ITSM solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and configuration changes through testing
  • Provide testing reports and status updates to management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM testing or QA
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB)
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and modules
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, and defect management
  • Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, TestRail)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience with automation testing tools
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with integration testing (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Exposure to ITIL frameworks and practices
