Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow IRM Consultant with strong experience in implementing and supporting risk and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IRM modules, governance frameworks, and end-to-end implementation of risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with key IRM modules, including:
  • Risk Management
  • Policy & Compliance Management
  • Audit Management
  • Vendor Risk Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and dashboards.
• Implement risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring processes.
• Develop and customize applications using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Support data migration, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12+ years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years in ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
  • Risk & Compliance implementations
• Proficiency in:
  • ServiceNow configuration and customization
  • JavaScript and Glide APIs
  • Workflow and Flow Designer
• Experience with:
  • Risk frameworks and compliance standards
  • Audit and policy lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and integration with IRM.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
