✔ 5–7 years of relevant ServiceNow experience implementing applications such as:
IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
SIR (Security Incident Response)
VR (Vulnerability Response)
TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management)
BCM (Business Continuity Management)
✔ Strong technical expertise in:
Workflow design, APIs, Web Services
Integrations using connectors
Workspace & UI Builder
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions
UI Pages, Script Includes, ACLs
Complex Workflows / Flow Designer
Migrating solutions to higher environments
✔ Experience designing and developing scoped applications
✔ Proficiency in deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting
✔ Hands-on experience with product automations and integrations
✔ Ability to define epics & user stories, create UI mock-ups, and drive delivery
✔ Conduct code reviews and follow ServiceNow best practices
✔ Delivered 2–3+ end-to-end implementations (Requirement gathering to Go-live)
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
🔹 Good-to-Have Skills:
⭐ Implementation experience in IRM or Security Operations modules (Risk, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk, SIR, etc.)
⭐ Experience with ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB
⭐ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
⭐ CIS Certifications in:
Risk & Compliance
Security Incident Response
Third Party Risk Management
Vulnerability Response
⭐ Knowledge of GRC roadmap development across tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream
