Key Responsibilities :

Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions across enterprise environments.
Implement and configure modules including:
Policy and Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Vendor Risk Management
Business Continuity Management
Operational Resilience
Design scalable workflows, integrations, and governance processes within ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, legal, compliance, and IT teams to define risk and compliance requirements.
Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, and CMDB platforms.
Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow development and administration teams.
Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations with stakeholders.
Ensure platform security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance standards are maintained.
Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance initiatives including SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
Perform solution assessments, architecture reviews, and performance optimization.
Mentor junior developers, administrators, and analysts on ServiceNow GRC capabilities.
Prepare architecture documents, solution designs, technical specifications, and governance standards.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with:
SIEM tools
IAM platforms
Vulnerability management tools
Third-party governance solutions
Strong knowledge of:
JavaScript
REST/SOAP APIs
ServiceNow Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
CMDB and CSDM
Experience working in telecom or large enterprise environments preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
