Summary
Hands on experience on various IT Services of Service-Now tool ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ServiceNow Integrations
Consultant for implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, integrating third party
application with ServiceNow module leveraging integration capabilities of ServiceNow
Integrating ServiceNow with third party applications (e.g. Monitoring platform, automation platform,
SIEM platform)
Integrating CMDB with various data sources (e.g. SCCM, Discovery)
Products & functions to be used : ServiceNow HR Service Delivery product
(HR Employee Service Portal ; HR Case management ; HR Knowledge Base, HR Profile data),
Integration Hub, API (e.g. REST, SOAP), Midserver based integrations
Designed and implemented end-to-end Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for enterprise clients
End-to-end implementation of HRSD, configuring HR Case Management, Knowledge Management,
and Employee Center Pro.
Deploy Employee Center portal with HRSD to centralize HR services, improve onboarding, and enhance
compliance.
Strong knowledge and implementation expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping),
HRSD modules with an end to end implementation experience. Designed HRSD Case Types, lifecycle events,
Employee Service Center (ESC) to Streamline HR operations
