We’re Hiring | ServiceNow DevOps Lead – ESM

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow DevOps Lead (ESM) to drive engineering delivery, testing strategy, and DevOps excellence for large-scale ESM transformation initiatives. If you have a passion for quality, automation, and scalable platform delivery — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering delivery & testing for ServiceNow ESM convergence
Define and enforce DevOps standards for ServiceNow development
Manage environments (Dev/Test/Prod parity) and update sets
Build and enhance automated testing & deployment pipelines
Ensure disciplined release management & rollback strategies
Enforce coding, configuration & testing standards across teams
Lead code reviews with focus on OOTB-first & reuse principles
Own end-to-end testing strategy (Functional, Regression, Integration, Upgrade)
Drive adoption of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Act as the single point of accountability for go-live quality readiness
Lead defect triage, RCA, and quality reporting to leadership

What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in ServiceNow ESM & DevOps practices
Expertise in release management, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
Proven leadership in large-scale enterprise implementations
Strong understanding of platform governance & quality standards
