Servicenow Developer

 SERVICENOW DEVELOPER / ADMINISTRATOR 🚨


Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Administer multiple ServiceNow instances (Prod & Non-Prod)
• Perform system monitoring, upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Work with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Develop reports, dashboards, and ServiceNow configurations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform administration experience
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, ITOM, and CMDB
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow system administration skills
• Experience troubleshooting performance and system issues
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – SPM/APM)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
