Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and a deep understanding of ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and custom applications
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and workflows
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • ServiceNow ITSM module
  • Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and architecture
• Experience in workflow automation and catalog development
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
