Job Description:
We have an immediate requirement for a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and hands-on experience working with Claude-based AI systems. This role focuses on building intelligent automation solutions within ServiceNow, leveraging modern LLM capabilities and agent-driven architectures.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in developing ServiceNow Agentic AI Skills and Claude Skills, and comfortable working at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Agentic AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Build and implement ServiceNow Agent Studio skills and integrations
Develop and optimize Claude Skills and other LLM-driven capabilities
Create and maintain prompt libraries and implement effective prompt engineering practices
Integrate LLM frameworks and AI services into ServiceNow workflows
Build supporting backend services that function as tools for AI agents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven use cases and solutions
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI-powered applications

Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with ServiceNow development
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Agent Studio
Proven experience working with Agentic AI systems and architectures
Familiarity with prompt engineering and prompt library development
Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and related frameworks
Ability to build supporting services/tools for AI agents
Strong programming and scripting skills (JavaScript preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience with Claude Skills (highly preferred)
Exposure to other major LLM ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise workflows
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and microservices architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
