We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Consultant to join a high-impact CMDB Transformation Program for a UK-based client. If you have strong expertise in CMDB governance, CSDM alignment, and data quality improvement—this is a great opportunity to work on a strategic initiative!
📌 Role Details:
Role: ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Consultant
Work Model: Remote (Offshore)
Engagement Type: Contract 
Start Date: 15th April
Hiring Timeline: Candidate closure by Monday/Tuesday (coming week)

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead CMDB transformation through agile sprint delivery
✔️ Drive CMDB governance, taxonomy reset & lifecycle management
✔️ Align CMDB with CSDM, IRE & ServiceNow best practices
✔️ Conduct stakeholder workshops & provide advisory support
✔️ Improve data quality (completeness, duplication, staleness, IRE outcomes)
✔️ Design and implement IRE rules & service taxonomy models
✔️ Strengthen CI lifecycle, ownership, and governance frameworks
🛠️ Required Skills:
🔹 Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM & ITOM
🔹 Expertise in CMDB governance & data quality management
🔹 Hands-on with IRE configuration & source rules
🔹 Strong understanding of CI modeling & service taxonomy
🔹 Agile delivery experience (Sprint & backlog management)
🔹 Excellent stakeholder communication & workshop facilitation
⭐ Good to Have:
Experience with NetBox, Nlyte, Foreman integrations
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CSDM)
Experience in large-scale CMDB transformation programs
