Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and CSDM. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant experience and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on CMDB to support IT service management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on CMDB and CSDM.
• Configure, maintain, and support the CMDB, including data models, relationships, CI classes, and data integrity.
• Implement and support Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and supporting activities for CMDB and related modules.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy, governance, reconciliation, and compliance with best practices and CSDM framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB and other ServiceNow modules.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting CMDB and CSDM.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, GlideRecord, etc.).
• Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow Modules: CSM, TechOps, HAM & SAM.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CMDB-specific) are a plus.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).

• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
