
Servicenow Cloud Computing Specialist
Job Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow CSM implementations
• Configure Case Management, SLAs, Entitlements, Knowledge, Portals & Omnichannel intake
• Build dashboards & KPIs using Performance Analytics
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes & Glide APIs
• Handle REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth2, SSO (SAML/OIDC)
• Manage data imports, transformations, and data quality
• Ensure platform security (ACLs, roles, RBAC) and governance
• Support testing, releases, upgrades & production stability
🔹 Required Skills:
• 4–6 years ServiceNow experience (CSM focus)
• Hands-on with at least 2 end-to-end CSM implementations
• CIS-CSM certification (preferred/mandatory)
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs
• Performance Analytics, dashboards, KPIs
• REST/SOAP integrations and authentication methods
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture & data model
🔹 Nice to Have:
• Service Portal / Virtual Agent / Communities
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / Git)
• ITSM / CRM integration experience
• Agile tools (Jira / Azure Boards)
