Servicenow Atf / QA Developer

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF
• Create and execute test suites for HRSD and WSD modules
• Validate functionality across HR Core and HR Case Management applications
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to define test scenarios
• Identify and track defects while maintaining QA standards
• Support regression testing during upgrades and deployments
• Document test cases, results, and testing processes
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform testing and QA processes
• Experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development/configuration concepts
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Preferred Skills
• Experience with HR Core, HR Case Management, and Workplace Services Delivery (WSD)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow release management and upgrade testing
• Knowledge of automation best practices in ServiceNow environments
