Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and lead the implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define ServiceNow platform architecture
• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions
• Provide technical leadership to development and admin teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices
• Architect solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
• Review and approve technical designs, code, and configurations
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and scripting
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow workflows
• Strong experience with system design and architecture
