ITSM
ITOM
CMDB Governance
Discovery & Service Mapping
Event Management & AIOps
Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Telecom Operations & Network Infrastructure
Preferred:
• ServiceNow CTA/CMA certifications
• Telecom industry experience (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, etc.)
• ITIL and Cloud certifications
