Servicenow AIOps

Job Title - ServiceNow AIOps
Location - USA Remote

Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps, including:
Event Management
Health Log Analytics (HLA)
Agent client collector implementation and Metric Intelligence (MI)
Machine Learning–based anomaly detection
Integrate monitoring tools (using OOTB Connector, REST API, SNMP trap etc) into ServiceNow.
Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.
Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.
Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration.
Design ServiceNow Orchestration workflows and automation packs, and build automated remediation for common incidents
Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript); working knowledge of Python/Shell/PowerShell.
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITIL processes.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITOM, CIS‑Discovery, CIS‑Event Management) good to have.
