Hands-on knowledge of ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management/AIOps, CMDB), ITBM (Demand, PPM/Agile, Financials), and ITAM (HAM/SAM, Cloud/Contract, Software Model/Normalization).

• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum (writing stories, backlog/prioritization, release planning, metrics).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools, source systems (e.g., SCCM/Intune, JAMF, Cloud providers), and finance/ERP for cost, allocations, and contracts.
• Demonstrated success in data governance (CMDB health, SAM compliance, cost model accuracy).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to create value cases and measure benefits realization.
