Service Now Developer

• Work on Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Management modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects
• Perform unit testing and support UAT and production deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience in ITSM modules
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with additional modules (HRSD, ITOM, CMDB)
• Exposure to UI Builder / Service Portal
