Senior Workday Developer

Role: Senior Workday Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Extension Possible)

Must Have Skills:
Experience with ADP Global View
Strong expertise in Workday PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT 3.0
Design and support secure integrations (RaaS, APIs) with third-party systems
Troubleshoot production issues & perform root cause analysis
Create technical documentation and system workflows
Build advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT)

Required Experience:
4–7+ years in Workday Integration Development
Strong skills in XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP/REST APIs
Experience with Workday APIs & RaaS reporting
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation modules
