Who are we looking for?
Test Program manager at Onsite location with 15+years of experience leading QA (Level 7)
Candidates should Strong Business domain skills in insurance – life and annuity
Good knowledge on Calliduas.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in B.E, B Tech or related field
15+ years in test manager working with insurance clients
Insurance domain knowledge in US based Life Insurance and Annuity
Good experience in leading teams in functional , automation and performance testing in tools like Selenium, Jmeter, Blazemeter.
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Consulting Engagements: Partner with clients on various consulting projects, providing expertise and guidance on various testing aspects. Help develop test strategies for client.
Automation: Explore opportunities for automation to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Automation frameworks and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Expert in estimation and planning as per clients need
Experience in working with tools
Secondary Skill : Technical knowledge on skills Java, J2EE, Automation Testing, Jenkins, DevOps, Cloud fundamentals and Agile process
Qualification: B.E
