Senior Systems Engineer

Role : Senior Systems Engineer (Operations & AIOps)
Location:- Irving, TX (primary) and Charlotte, NC (secondary) [Hybrid 3 days ]
Overall – 10+ years

Candidates must demonstrate system‑level ownership, production authority, and AI‑driven operational maturity.

Qualifications:
5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience.
5+ years of application production support experience.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product and service control management, including policies and standards, business readiness, exceptions management, or alignment with enterprise compliance and risk frameworks.
5+ years of experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Unix, Autosys, ITRS, and AppDynamics.
Hands on experience with AI driven monitoring, AIOps platforms integrated into production support environments.
Experience utilizing generative AI or LLM based tools to assist with diagnostics, system pattern analysis, documentation, or triage workflows.
An industry standard technology certification.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of test driven development practices.
Experience designing or developing training materials for complex technology systems, including those in Agile development settings.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing large scale, complex software applications.
Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills.
Strong critical thinking capabilities.
Financial accounting tool experience .
