Senior System Administrator

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Install, configure, and maintain complex Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
✔️ Design scalable and resilient Linux infrastructure in virtualized platforms
✔️ Automate system administration using Python, Bash, Ansible, Puppet
✔️ Perform advanced troubleshooting (OS, performance, kernel-level issues)
✔️ Implement security hardening, patching, and compliance controls
✔️ Manage storage, networking, and virtualization integration
✔️ Mentor junior administrators and provide technical leadership
✔️ Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response

🔹 Required Qualifications
✅ 6–8 years of hands-on Linux System Administration experience
✅ Strong enterprise-level experience (financial services preferred)
✅ Deep expertise in Linux kernel, file systems, and networking
✅ Experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi
✅ Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LVM, SAN/NAS
✅ Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash)
✅ Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
🎓 Preferred certifications: RHCE, Linux Foundation Certified Engineer
