🔎 We are looking for a strong Backend Engineer to join a high-impact Content Tooling team working on large-scale content platforms.
🎯 About the Role:
The team builds critical applications powering Content Delivery Experience, including:
Content Catalog systems
Content Promotion tooling
CMS frontend & backend services
This role focuses on backend services that enable flexible querying and consumption of large-scale content data using Elasticsearch, Aurora, and Java-based systems.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable backend services for content platforms
Define and contribute to the long-term architecture vision
Optimize indexing pipelines and query performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
🛠️ Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience with Elasticsearch
👉 Indexing pipelines & query optimization
Expertise in Database Technologies:
AWS RDS
DynamoDB
Data modeling (Dimensional modeling preferred)
Strong Java backend development (Kotlin is a plus)
Experience in API development & scalable system design
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills:
Frontend (React) experience
Kotlin exposure
Strong understanding of:
Complex data queries
Data modeling best practices
