We are seeking a Senior Siebel Developer / Technical Lead for a high-priority onsite role in Ft. Worth, TX. 

Key Technical Core
Siebel Mastery: Expert-level configuration using Siebel Tools, Scripting, Workflows, and Business Services.

Open UI & Frontend: Advanced customisation using JQuery, Java Custom Plugins, HTML5, and CSS; familiarity with AngularJS for UI modernisation.

Enterprise Integration: Design and implementation of robust EAI patterns using REST and SOAP web services.

Workspace Management: Hands-on management of development and integration workspaces for version control and parallel development.

Data & Infrastructure: Deep-dive debugging and performance tuning using PL/SQL and Unix.

Leadership & Delivery
Strategic Architect: Translate business needs into high-level architectural designs.

Technical Anchor: Lead distributed vendor teams and maintain code quality through Agile ceremonies and code reviews.

Agile Expert: Drive sprint planning and execution within a fast-paced airline industry environment.
