Senior Sharepoint Migration Developer

• Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with business users to validate migrated content
• Optimize SharePoint architecture for performance and scalability
• Support post-migration stabilization and user adoption
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration
• Strong experience with:
  • SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019)
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with migration tools:
  • ShareGate / Metalogix / AvePoint
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation
• Experience with REST APIs and SharePoint APIs
• Understanding of information architecture and taxonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SPFx (React/TypeScript) development
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive integrations
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure AD, Logic Apps, Functions)
• Microsoft certifications:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • SharePoint / Power Platform certifications
• Experience in large-scale enterprise migrations
