Senior Servicenow UI Developer

This role focuses on ServiceNow UI development, modern front-end engineering, and AI integration. You’ll lead design initiatives, build high-quality applications, and mentor team members while driving innovation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and extend ServiceNow applications (workspaces, widgets, workflows, integrations)
• Build intuitive experiences using UI Builder & modern JS frameworks
• Write clean, scalable, and high-performance code
• Implement unit testing & automation (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
• Apply DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker)
• Conduct code reviews & mentor developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Integrate AI/ML-driven features (automation, recommendations, chat interfaces)
• Monitor and optimize application performance & reliability
🔹 Required Skills
• 5+ years in software development (2+ years ServiceNow)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform & UI Builder
• Proficiency in JavaScript & front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Hands-on with DevOps tools & CI/CD pipelines
• Experience integrating AI/ML or AI APIs
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
🔹 Preferred
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs & integrations
• Familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI, TensorFlow, Azure Cognitive Services)
• Agile/Scrum experience
