Senior Servicenow Developer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on CSM and ITSM
Customize and configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Case Management
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs
Build and optimize Flow Designer workflows and legacy workflows as needed
Implement CSM features including Case Routing, SLAs, Email-to-Case, Agent Workspace, and Customer Portal
Work with Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and MRVS
Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews
Support UAT, production issues, and post-go-live enhancements
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
