Senior SCRUM Master

We are actively looking for a Senior Scrum Master with strong Asset Management industry experience to support the Investor Research team. This role requires a seasoned Agile professional who can work with senior leadership and complex stakeholder environments.

📊 Experience: 9+ years in Asset Management

Key Requirements:
✔ Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
✔ Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
✔ Experience supporting investment technology or research teams
✔ Experience with Jira, Aha, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power Automate
✔ Ability to work with senior leadership and complex stakeholders
✔ Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms

Responsibilities:
• Support Agile teams and increase overall Agile maturity
• Facilitate ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Manage cross-team dependencies and potentially support Scrum-of-Scrums
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Global Investment Technology (GIT)
